| Qualification | M.Tech./M.E/Master Degree in Materials Science and Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Polymer Technology. B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology is compulsory. Work experience in the areas of Materials characterization will be considered. |

| Desirable Qualifications | Exposure to Materials characterization and Polymer testing. Minimum of 2 years work experience is desirable. Diploma degree prior to B.E/B.Tech is also given priority in the selection |
